Osotspa Moves Forward to Enhancing Life by Opening Osotspa Innovation Center

With an aim to become an outstanding organization with innovations in Thailand and ASEAN and grow sustainably by focusing on R&D, Osotspa opened the new R&D Lab at the head office earlier this year.

Recently, Mrs. Wannipa Bhakdibutr, Osotspa’s President, presided over the opening ceremony of the Osotspa Innovation Center (OIC), operated by Osotspa Innovation Centre Co., Ltd., at Thailand Science Park, Pathumthani province. Dr.Thitapha Smitinont, Executive Vice President of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), also joined the ceremony.

With an investment of 46 million Baht together with prominent beverage production technology, the OIC is a part of the plan to increase R&D capability of the company. The major purposes of this center is to research and develop products and ingredients that are safe and good to consumers’ health. This center is also used to develop new product prototypes, perform quality control, and invent new herbal products.

Located in Thailand Science Park, Osotspa Innovation Center is fully equipped with advanced equipments and connected to the NSTDA’s researcher network. Moreover, the center possesses the small machines that help enable the company to make a new product prototype in small scale.

The OIC’s contribution to the continual innovative product development will help the company to cope with the rapid changes, enhance the company’s competency, and drive the company’s sustainability.
