Emerging Leader Program Year 2 Osotspa empowers new generations to unleash their potential

Todays’, as we are expanding our business and becoming an international organization, many new positions need power and creativity from the new generation to drive the force. Therefore, it can be said that this project provides rapid growth opportunities for those with potential and capabilities to grow in fast pace under the working atmosphere that emphasizes agility and teamwork.” said Mr. Werachai Kulchanapark, Head of Human Capital and Organization Excellence.

In the past year, our first Emerging Leader Program have received a lot of interested, therefore we decided to organize the project for the second year. The successful candidates will receive the opportunity to learn through real work experience in the right fields such as Finance & Accounting, Marketing and Sales. Throughout the 12 months of participating in the project, candidate will be able to accumulate knowledge and skills training in practice, thinking methods and development of various strategies through working together as a team, as well as advice and supervision from the seniors. The program is to prepare candidate in becoming the potential leaders with readiness in both management ability, skills for self-development, personality development and communication.
Mr. Kan Eiamsataporn, Emerging Leader - Marketing, one of successful candidates for the first year Emerging Leaders project tells that "To participate in this project considered one of the significant changes in my life. I was anxious when I first joined the program, but the seniors have entrusted me to participate in a large project and working with an open mindset team that focuses on innovation and creativity, and everyone is full of enthusiasm and energy. These things helped shape me tremendously. When looked back, I can see that I have gained and changed significantly, as I became more mature and responsible with systematic working process. The courage to step out of my comfort zone is very worthwhile for me.”

Joining the Emerging Leader Program is the beginning for many young people, including Ms. Arocha Sunpaechudasil, Emerging Leader - Supply Chain, which describes the journey that "When I was selected as part of the Emerging Leader Program, it was like beginning a new journey that leads us to become a potential leader. We should always stay hunger to learn and gather motivation and experience from the seniors that supporting us in all areas. This allow us to gain knowledge, motivation and perspectives to overcome those obstacles with pride. The Fast Track path to leadership is not only will help us learn about various aspects of our work, but we will also develop soft skills such as critical thinking, adjustment to environment, effective communication, including pulling yourself out of the comfort zone."

Qualifications for the 2nd Emerging Leader Program participants
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in a related field With a GPA of 3.00 or higher or a Master's degree in a related field with a GPA of 3.50 or higher
- 0-3 years work experience
- Minimum English test score TOEFL CBT. = 200 or more / IBT. = 90 or more, IELTS 6.5 or more, or TOEIC 750 or higher
- Team player and good communication skills
- Have originality and new ideas
- Ready to learn new things and surroundings that change rapidly (Learning Agility) and able to manage the assigned project efficiently
