Osotspa is Awarded as One of Best Companies to Work by HR Asia

Mrs. Wannipa Bhakdibutr, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Rujapa Hamnilrat, Head of Human Capital and Organization Excellence (HCOE), Osotspa Public Company Limited, along with the HCOE team celebrated the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021” award from HR Asia. The judging criteria of this award include levels of employee engagement and various aspects of corporate culture: having good internal management that helps create employee engagement, caring for employees & creating a good workplace atmosphere and promoting teamwork culture.

Osotspa develops a holistic human resource management strategy to create a happy workplace. The Company develops employees through cultivating the concept of Learning, Unlearning, and Relearning.
