Osotspa Receives Call Center Award and Is First FMCG Company Certified with Customer Contact Centres Management System Standard

Mr. Teeravath Chantarasomboon, Advisor-Consumer Services, Osotspa Public Company Limited, represented the Company to receive the Call Center Award and the ISO 18295-1: 2017 certification from Mr.Thasornatt Thanittipun, Secretary General of the Consumer Protection Board. Osotspa is the first FMCG company to receive this standard. This success reflects its call center’s standardized management system and excellent services that are in line with its sustainable business practice of delivering quality products that help promote good health, including providing services that maximize the satisfaction of consumers and customers.
