Osotspa Foundation

has expanded its support for people with disabilities to help them gain employment beyond the requirements of Section 35. The foundation supports vocational opportunities under the concept of "Teaching a man to fish to feed him for a lifetime."

The Osotspa Foundation, in partnership with networks that work with people with disabilities, public health, and local physical therapists, goes above and beyond the legal requirements to help individuals with disabilities. This includes expanding career prospects for people with disabilities through education, vocational development, and job-training resources. The goal is to provide them with easily accessible professions in markets, whether working from home or in groups, assisting persons with disabilities in earning an income and supporting themselves and their families sustainably.

Creating Opportunities, Building Careers Project

The project began operations in 2023.

The project has already supported

150 people

with disabilities in Khon Kaen, Saraburi, and Bangkok.

In 2024, the project expanded to provide vocational support to

165 people

with disabilities in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Saraburi, Samut Sakhon, and Nonthaburi provinces.

People with disabilities are enabled to support themselves and their family by receiving vocational training and hands-on experience, as well as being provided with career tools. The goal is to be a driving force in helping persons with disabilities go forward in a sustainable manner.
