REPORTS A SUMMARY OF ITS ANNUAL AUDITED FINANCIAL STATE

OSP reported its summary of audited financial statement as follows: (In thousands) For 1 year Ended July 31 1996 1995 OSP Net profit 225,518 489,252 EPS(Baht) 1.50 3.26 Om-Sim Perm Poon Sub Fund (OSP) clarified the decrease in its yearly net profit to Bt225.52 million from Bt489.25 million of the same period of 1995 which is a decrease of Bt263.73 million. The decrease was contributed, mainly, to a slump in profits in securities trading by Bt256.89 million.
